ABOUT ME
An Ally on your Mental Health Journey
For 15 years, I have worked as an educator, administrator, and counsellor and learned the power of having someone in your corner, cheerleading as you search for answers and make your way through life. Though each person's situation is unique, there is power in feeling connected to others during difficult times. All human beings need a person who always sees the light in them and holds them compassionately. It is my goal to be that person.

In addition to my experience, I recently graduated with my Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree (MACP) and am a non-certified Professional Member of the CCPA. I am committed to offering counselling that aligns with the highest ethical standards. All offerings are virtual at this time.
