Counselling provides a space for you to safely explore your thoughts, feelings and actions. It provides a space for us to examine your life, and the current problems you are facing, ultimately engaging with solution-focused action. Each session is based on the unique needs of each individual client.

In-person individual counselling helps you understand your current challenges and foster positive change in your life. Together, we'll explore your concerns and develop strategies to create meaningful and lasting improvements in your well-being. This 4 to 6 week wellness circle offers a supportive space for 6-8 individuals ready for change to explore their health and well-being. Through gentle exploration and reflection, participants will identify personal wellness areas and collaboratively set achievable short-term and long-term goals. This journey fosters connection, self-awareness, and empowers individuals to move towards a more vibrant life.

I help groups and organizations develop strategies to improve well-being for individuals and systems by focusing on holistic health. We creating sustainable practices that foster individual and collective wellness, promoting a "good way of living" as reflected in the Cree concept of Pimastisiwin.
